The slow & steady race to become a loser.

This is the start. I've watched many seasons of the biggest loser & now it's time to get off the couch & become my own biggest loser. I have a lot of weight to lose-but I don't want to concentrate on that! Slow & steady wins the race- I've got the slow, now I need the steady. I have to stick to it & find that strength to finish the race!! I've made a lot of starts- I want to see it through this time!!

Small steps- first goal I've been working on is giving up pop or soda as my American friends call it. There's nothing good in pop- for me it's gotta go! I love water so I'm good with that! My next step is coffee-yikes!!!! I like my caffeine rush in the morning, but I also like too much cream & I think it's just time for it to go. So tea it is for me tomorrow morning. We'll see how that goes! The third thing I need to work towards in this weight loss journey is sleep...I stay up way too late. This challenge is going to be tough, but I know I need at least 7hrs of sleep.

On that note- I gotta get to bed...again WAY TOO LATE!

I know I can lose this weight- if I can conquer these 3 things to start I'll be off & running!! Running...that would be nice...we'll get there!
